Prashant Jain is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, qualified Insolvency Professional & Registered Valuer. Prashant Jain qualified CA in the year January 2005 and after successfully pursuing corporate career for 15 years across various Industries and closely worked with Promoter, Director or CEO and Private Equity personnel in various capacities such as Financial Controller, General Manager and Chief Financial Officer. He now practices as Insolvency Professional, Registered valuer and Chartered Accountant.

CA Prashant Jain is Lead Partner of Ssarvi Consultancy LLP. He has handled critical cases under CIRP and has done valuation for more than 150 cases. CIRP Cases handled by CA Prashant Jain include Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited, Supreme Infrastructure Limited, Sejal Glass Limited, Mohota Industries Limited, Meeti Developers Private Limited amongst others.
